Account Deletion Request — Smart TollsIf you would like to delete your Smart Tolls account and associated data, you can do so directly within the app or by contacting us.
Option 1 — Delete Your Account in the AppYou can delete your account directly from the app:
- Open Smart Tolls
- Go to Settings
- Select Delete Account
- Confirm your request
Your account and associated data will be permanently deleted after confirmation.
Option 2 — Request Account Deletion by EmailIf you are unable to access the app, you may request deletion by contacting us at:
billing@fuelsmart.usPlease include:
- The email address used to register your account
- A request to delete your Smart Tolls account
We may contact you to verify your identity before processing the request.
What Data Will Be DeletedWhen your account is deleted, we will permanently remove:
- Your account information
- Personal data associated with your account
- Saved routes and preferences
- Any other user-generated data
Data That May Be RetainedCertain information may be retained if required by law or for legitimate business purposes such as fraud prevention, dispute resolution, or regulatory compliance.
Processing TimeAccount deletion requests are typically processed within
7–30 days.
ImportantOnce your account is deleted, this action cannot be undone and your data cannot be recovered.
