These Terms and Conditions govern your use of the Smart Tolls mobile application operated by Fuel Smart Co.


1. Acceptance of Terms
By downloading, installing, or using the Application, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
If you do not agree, do not use the Service.


2. Description of Service
Smart Tolls provides toll road cost estimates, route comparisons, and transportation cost analytics for informational purposes only.
All calculations are estimates and may not reflect actual toll charges.


3. User Accounts
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your Account and for all activities conducted through it.


4. Subscriptions and Payments

4.1 Paid Services
Certain features require an active paid Subscription.

4.2 Auto-Renewal
Subscriptions automatically renew unless canceled prior to the renewal date.

4.3 Billing
Billing is handled exclusively by third-party app marketplaces.

4.4 Refunds
Refunds are governed solely by the policies of the platform where the purchase was made.


5. Free Trials (If Applicable)
Fuel Smart Co may offer free trials at its discretion.
Unused portions of a free trial are forfeited upon subscription purchase.


6. User Conduct
You agree not to:

• Use the Service for unlawful purposes
• Attempt to copy, modify, or reverse engineer the Application
• Abuse data sources, APIs, or infrastructure

7. Disclaimer of Accuracy
Fuel Smart Co does not guarantee:

• Real-time pricing accuracy
• Complete toll coverage
• Availability of all toll authorities

Actual toll costs depend on vehicle class, axle count, toll authority rules, and real-time conditions.


8. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Fuel Smart Co shall not be liable for:

• Financial or business losses
• Incorrect routing decisions
• Delays, penalties, or missed deadlines

Use of the Service is at your own risk.


9. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Fuel Smart Co from any claims arising from misuse of the Service.


10. Intellectual Property
All intellectual property related to Smart Tolls is owned by Fuel Smart Co and protected by U.S. law.


11. Termination
Fuel Smart Co may suspend or terminate access to the Service at any time for violation of these Terms.


12. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by the laws of the United States of America, without regard to conflict of law principles.
